Why we need the image
Your upload is the identity reference for a Halloween costume portrait. Without a photo, we cannot create a personalized result.
Who processes the image
Uploads and prompts are sent to our configured third-party AI image provider (for example Kie.ai) so the portrait can be generated. Payments are handled by Stripe or other enabled processors. Processing is not on-device-only.
Retention and deletion
We keep uploads and results as needed to deliver downloads, retries, support, and abuse review. As a practical target, we aim to remove generation assets that are no longer needed within 90 days, or sooner after a verified deletion request.

What we do not do
- Sell your personal information
- Use your photos for ads or public galleries without consent
- Use your photos to train our own models
- Promise that third-party AI providers keep zero logs (their policies still apply)
Credits and failed jobs
