2. Order number (if you paid)
3. Task / generation ID (if a generation failed)
4. A short description of the problem

• One credit = one generation attempt that reaches a delivered result.
• Failed generations that we cannot deliver should restore the credit automatically.
• AI outputs can have artifacts; identity preservation is not guaranteed.
• Looks are original seasonal styles — not official movie or game merchandise.
